About Crystal Bodfish
I am a high school fashion design teacher in a beautiful northern Manitoba town. I was born, grew up and completed my education degree in Newfoundland. I have a diploma and Masters degree in Home Economics through the University of British Columbia. For my masters, my graduating paper was focused on technical skills in Clothing and Fashion Design courses, which are my passion. I have also completed 7 continuing education courses at Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Chip and Shannon Wilson School of Fashion Design in Richmond, BC. I am currently working on a diploma in Fashion Design online. Besides sewing, design, and taking courses, I love to play board games, bike, hike, camp, and travel. While I prefer a tent, I spent one summer living in a camper trailer (equipped with a sewing machine) in BC, taking courses through UBC and KPU. I love to learn and I enjoy seeing others get excited about learning!
